    The job:

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will be delivering exceptional service to the customers from all over the world. You will combine skills, passion, customer-focused, and positive mindset to elevate service delivery and will be a strong contributor to the overall success we achieve.

    Your daily work will include tasks like these:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
    • Provide support for troubleshooting

    Your qualifications:

    💭 You speak and write French at a native level and your are fluent in English (B2).

    🎓 Experience in customer care is a plus but not required.

    💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills. 

        💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.

        🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
