The job:

    We are looking for future colleagues who are positive, sociable, customer service oriented and hard hard-working and have a good work ethic.     Your daily work will consist of:

    • Assisting consumers with product information, technical support, and other customer service-related inquiries
    • Helping customers with their computer related issues.
    • Support through all common communication media; phone, email, chat and social media.

    Your qualifications:

    💭 You speak and write Danish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

    🎓 Experience in a similar position (Help Desk, Service Desk, Customer Support). Experience and general knowledge of Active Directory (User Administration), Application Support Previous, and working with ITSM/CRM tool is an advantage.

      💻 You have a basic level of handling computers and managing tools. You have an interest in IT.

            💪🏻 Willingness to continuously learn about IT technologies and to pursue an international career.

            🥇 Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, and great analytical skills to identify root cause of the issue.
