At all times, you will have at least 2 interviews: one with us and one with the company you will be working for. So be prepared to dedicate some time to the process. We’ll get to know each other, you can tell us a bit about yourself, why you want a job abroad and what your expectations are. Don’t be afraid about being honest as we do want to make sure that we get something that fits you.

The second interview is the formal one. You’re going to be talking to the recruiter from the company of your choosing. The good news is that we are going to prepare you for that so that we make sure you make a good impression. If you help yourself with a good CV and documentation it’s going to make a lot of difference.

In the whole process you can expect your recruiter, you have been in contact with to call you up and email you to ensure that you are feeling good in the whole application period, and to ensure that you have all the help you need.

So how is the second interview going to work out? Remember that this is the recruiter for the actual company, so he or she will have some expectations that you are prepared and a good motivation for wanting to join. “I want something new” is not going to cut it. That shows that you are in it just for the adventure but have no actual interest in the work itself. Plenty of people get rejected on a daily basis just for this answer alone. You might want to consider sharing a bit about your story and why you want to move abroad.

At the same time, you do need some good motivation for wanting to do this or that job specifically. We’ll be helping you with that too. There are many jobs that sound interesting, but people do not know exactly why they want to do them. They are just drawn to them. And that’s perfectly ok. While it is a good idea to have all the questions sorted by the time you get to the official interview, there’s nothing wrong with asking us about the jobs and why you should do them. They all have a particular set of skills that will help you on the long run.

Now, remember when we said that you would have a minimum of 2 interviews? Is there ever a 3rd one? The answer is yes, but not all the time. There are jobs that will require you to have a third session, which is usually a test – an aptitude test, to be specific. Let us do the worrying about that one for you. There are very few instances when you need it and even if you will, we are going to prepare you for that as well.

Ask questions, but also give some feedback! We put a lot of time in helping people out, but every now and then somebody decides that this is not what they are looking for. That’s ok! It’s very normal that you might not be made for a job abroad. Or that a job abroad is not made for you! But do let us know what your thoughts are, regardless of the result.
